We are looking to incorporate an experienced Engineering Manager in the steel sector to join a newly established division, Track and Services, focused on developing advanced engineering solutions for the steel industry, with a strong commitment to the transition towards a low-carbon economy.

The selected professional will be responsible for leading, managing, and coordinating strategic projects, ensuring technical excellence, alignment with sustainability objectives, and efficiency in execution.

Location: 

📍Madrid, Spain

Work Modality:

💻Hybrid work model: two days of remote work per week. Flexible working hours and intensive workday schedule during the summer months.

Responsibilities:

🔸Lead research and development projects focused on technological innovation in the steel sector.

🔸Review the team’s work to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

🔸Validate the methods and approaches used by the engineering team.

🔸Coordinate activities with other project managers and cross-functional technical teams.

Requirements:

🔺Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline.

🔺Minimum 10 years of experience in the steel industry or related fields.

🔺Proven experience managing conceptual studies, basic engineering or FEED projects as an Engineering Manager.

🔺Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams in technically demanding environments.
