We are currently looking for a Senior Electrical Engineering Project Lead to join a multidisciplinary environment, taking responsibility for leading electrical engineering teams and delivering complex industrial projects within international EPC frameworks.

Responsibilities:

🔸Lead, coordinate, and supervise the electrical engineering project team throughout project execution.

🔸 Plan, monitor, and control project milestones, schedules, and engineering deliverables.

🔸 Resolve complex technical and engineering challenges ensuring efficient project execution.

🔸 Coordinate closely with multidisciplinary departments and operational centers.

🔸 Ensure full compliance with contractual, technical, and quality requirements.

🔸 Maintain strong and effective relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

🔸 Prepare and present project progress and performance reports.

🔸 Manage change orders and evaluate their technical and schedule impacts.

🔸 Review, approve, and validate electrical engineering deliverables.

🔸 Promote continuous improvement initiatives within the Electrical Engineering Department.

Requirements:

🔺Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, or Mining Engineering with Energy specialization).

🔺 Minimum 15 years of experience in electrical engineering roles.

🔺 At least 10 years of experience in industrial projects within Oil & Gas, refining, or petrochemical sectors.

🔺 Minimum 5 years in leadership or coordination roles within industrial engineering environments.

🔺 Availability and willingness to travel internationally.

🔺 Demonstrated leadership, team management, and decision-making capabilities.

🔺 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

🔺 High level of organization, autonomy, and proactive mindset.

🔺 Strong collaborative approach for multidisciplinary project environments.

🔺 Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

🔺 Experience with electrical engineering software such as ETAP, SKM Power Tools, or SmartElectrical will be highly valued.

🔺 English: Advanced level (minimum C1 required).
